Ruoxin Xiong leads research at the intersection of artificial intelligence, construction and infrastructure management, and open science. His work focuses on human-centric AI, digital twins, and data-driven methods for resilient and smart construction and infrastructure systems. He is the founder of the OpenConstruction Open Science Initiative, which aims to advance transparent, reusable, and trustworthy AI-ready digital assets for the AEC community.

Viet Huy Duong is a research assistant and current M.S. student in Artificial Intelligence. His work focuses on AI-enabled analysis of disaster management and critical infrastructure systems, including the integration of hazard data, infrastructure networks, and vulnerability indicators to support risk assessment and resilience planning. His research interests include machine learning for infrastructure resilience, data-driven disaster response, and decision-support systems for complex, multi-hazard environments.
